liked the place, it was wonderful and worked for me. the staff were all very very helpful and top-class, which was unquestionably a plus. i booked a twin room with a safe box, an electronic key card, and television. everything was superb, i can't recommend highly enough.

The hotel is fairly clean, has views of the mountain. The location is stunning and amazing, 1 mile from Ski Lift Zermatt.

I had brand-new and neat room with views of the matterhorn from the balcony. The unbeatable and comfy location was near a cultural-natural museum. It took me 10 minutes to walk to the bus stop😀😃

Wonderful accommodation with magnificent setting really close to a rushing stream, the centre and best view bridge of Matterhorn. A nice size room, a shower, hair dryers, and towels in the room. What a really enjoyable stay, no complaints whatsoever.

I greatly enjoyed the room, it was tastefully decorated with a balcony, good internet connection, 2 single beds. The location was stunning and magnificent for traveling around Zermatt, adjacent to shops, restaurants, train and bus as well as the iconic church, a rushing stream, and the main street. The stuff where extremely friendly and knew their area.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing time. the location was perfect, being centrally located and within easy walking distance to everything. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. Lastly, my room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony and great views. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.

Fine experience there. Wonderful small hotel with comfy bedrooms. Magnificent location for our visit to Stellisee just a short walk away from the property.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel conveniently located near the center of town. The room had a balcony with a stunning view of the Matterhorn. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast spread was delicious, especially the selection of fresh bread. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Zermatt.

We were impressed with the hotel's location, being right in the heart of the action. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a charming view of the surrounding area.
